Are your wood floors: cupping, gapping, buckling, discoloring, finish splitting, loose or hollow spots, or other defect or concerns with the wood? Is there a sheen variation? We do offer gloss meter verification.
Is your carpet: delaminating, wrinkling or rippling from not being properly stretched, fading, streaks or other visible texture concerns, pattern match or run off issues, soiling, staining, cleaning issues, raveling, shedding excessively, pilling or fuzzing, seams not holding up or showing more than normal?
Is your vinyl or VCT: releasing from the floor, bubbles in the vinyl, seams separating or opening, other defects or concerns, pattern run off or pattern match issues, sides or corners of VCT tiles raised, peaked, or curling up, tiles loose, LVP floor gapping, failing, or releasing from the floor?
