Our honest, ethical reputation for truthful & timely inspections & report are known throughout North Carolina in places like Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, Cherry Point Air Station, Seymour Johnson in Goldsboro, Duke University & sites in Durham, NC, Mount Olive, & Greenville, NC. I also cover some limited areas in Georgia around Augusta & Dalton areas in north Georgia; My areas of coverage include all areas in South Carolina including Columbia, Greenville, Spartanburg, Florence, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, SC & surrounding communities, I have inspected commercial sites & homes.

I cover all areas of VA from the Bristol corner to Roanoke, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Danville, Charlottesville, Richmond, Williamsburg & Gloucester areas.  We cover up the Shenandoah Valley, along the Blue Ridge parkway and other beautiful mountain regions in Virginia & up through West Virginia including Beckley, Summersville, Fayetteville, Charleston, Lewisburg, and smaller cities in between the central and middle parts of West Virginia.

I cover eastern Tennessee including Bristol, Johnson City, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, & Sevierville, & have done inspections all the way down western parts of the state to Chattanooga & other areas on request.

On request, we will cover the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News, Portsmouth, & other tidewater areas of coastal Virginia or north to Stafford or Fredericksburg; these are not on regular routes for us & may require more time to schedule.

Post Restoration Inspections: I am an IICRC certified fire, smoke, & water damage restorer so many times, insurance companies or attorneys hire us to inspect work they paid to have done when problems arise & they need to know the cause.  Since we have the same credentials & certifications as the restoration companies they hire, we are qualified to inspect the work performed.

I am hired by manufacturers, distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers, attorneys, homeowners, building/property management companies, facility managers, housekeeping & facility maintenance directors or managers on a weekly basis to perform inspections & give unbiased consultations to help them resolve their problems.
